Illaszk, Exile Marauder is a House of Exile Marauder encountered as one of three rotating bosses in The Sieve.

Gameplay[edit]

Illaszk is part of a three week rotation along with Kylazk, Exile Machinist and Giver's Sentry, Exile Servitor, and appears after completing the Dark matter phase 1 of The Sieve and a member of the team establishes contact with the Drifter. Upon establishing contact, Illaszk will destroy the mining rig with a Spitfire orbital strike and then appear right in front of the bank. Illaszk will attack by firing their Shrapnel Launcher, launching Web Mines, and stomping the ground for an area melee attack, summoning hordes of Fallen in support. Upon losing a small bit of health, Illaszk will begin to teleport to different sections of the area to surprise the players.

Upon losing a third of health, Illaszk will disappear and turn invisible, summoning several decoys around the area. Both Illaszk and the decoys will switch weapon to Wire Rifles. Players have to discern which enemy is the actual boss and concentrate fire, although Illaszk will run away and summon more decoys as it loses health. Upon reaching the last third of health, Illaszk will return to the center of the area returning to the tactics of its first third of health, but summoning stronger reinforcements and now wielding a Molten Welder. Depleting all of Illaszk's health will complete the encounter.
