Mineral Conversion Processors are Fallen Captains belonging to the House of Dusk, seen as an Assassination Patrol target, which can be picked up in the Outskirts, European Dead Zone. Assuming by name, these Captains serve as excavation taskmasters or as excavators themselves for a raiding party at Sojourner's Camp. Seeing this as an opportunity, Devrim Kay issues a bounty on these Captains and they are dispatched by patrolling Guardians.

Trivia

• Originally, the Mineral Conversiom Processors were seen as Majors in the kill patrol mission, but has recently been changed to an Elite. It is unknown if it was intentional or a developer oversight.
