Sir Skullduggery is a Headless One of dubious allegiance that appears in the Haunted Altars of Sorrow event available during Festival of the Lost.

Gameplay[edit]

To begin the Haunted Altars of Sorrow activity, the fireteam must stand in a summoning circle until Sir Skullduggery is summoned. He will strike a pose and then summon a barrier to begin eating. This will make a nearby altar alight and begin spawning Taken forces who will attempt to stop Skullduggery's feasting by reaching the altar he is feasting on. He serves as the bank for players to deposit their candy and will summon Pumpkin charges for them to use every fifty candies that are deposited.

Once three tiers are completed, Sir Skullduggery will spawn in front of the Scarlet Keep as an enemy with an immunity shield that can only be taken down by flipping the allegiance of all five Shriekers that surround him. Once all Shriekers are turned they all fire upon Skullduggery and take down his immunity shield, leaving him vulnerable. Once at half health he will regenerate his shield and require the Shriekers to be turned once more. Skullduggery will be able to be killed once his shield is taken down again.

Sir Skullduggery only moves within a small circle and relies on his swarms of reinforcements. Often Skullduggery will summon a darkness cloud to slow his foes and let his reinforcements finish the caught Guardian off.
