Koregos, the Worldline is a massive Harpy Vex Mind of the Nessian Schism encountered as the final boss of the The Desert Perpetual Raid. It was found within a pocket of Unknown Space at the heart of the Singularity, having formed from the within Nine-space and attempted to digitize the whole section into the Vex Network.[1]

Trivia[edit]

  • The name "Koregos" is similar to the Ancient Greek Choregos, a term for a wealthy Athenian citizen who financed the chorus and other elements of a dramatic production.
  • In physics, a worldline is the path traced by an object as it moves through four-dimensional spacetime.
  • Koregos is the largest Harpy ever encountered and is second in place for the largest Vex ever encountered, only beaten by Argos, Planetary Core. Though they are comparable in size.
  • Koregos also has the longest death animation of any Destiny enemy so far, taking thirty seconds for its health bar to disappear after being depleted.
    • Its final death explosion can also kill anyone close enough as it explodes.
