Soaring Keens were an Ultra Wizard variant that was the boss of the second level of the Escalation Protocol World Event. These Wizards possessed incredible amounts of health, as such the only true way to bring them down in time was for all participating Guardians to focus as much fire on it as possible as one or two Guardians could not defeat defeat it in time alone without the abuse of exploits.
