The Eyes of the Swarm are a group of massive Hidden Swarm Shrieker emplacements[1].

Gameplay

Eyes of the Swarm are seen in the A Mysterious Disturbance mission, where they attempt to stem the Vanguard assault on the Scarlet Keep. They fight using their eye beams to pelt targets, and are also capable of shooting volleys of six Axion Dart-like projectiles that home in on their target and deal massive damage.

One is encountered in the Lunar Battlegrounds, where it maintains an Ascendant Portal from which Hive troops are pouring in. Players need to drain six Hive sigils scattered around the area to make it open up and render it vulnerable. Once open, it can be destroyed through concentrated fire, especially by making use of the Heavy Ammo Crates in the area.
