Dread Tatsrekaa is a large and powerful Solar Scorn Chieftain who is encountered within the Metamorphosis Lost Sector in Savathûn's Throne World.[1]

Gameplay[edit]

Tatsrekaa is the boss of the Metamorphosis Lost Sector, which can be accessed via the Miasma area. It is recommended that players have a Light level of at 1510 before they attempt this.

After traversing the caves and fighting your way through groups of Scorn and Hive enemies, you will arrive in a chamber with the same architecture as the Dark City and the Pyramids. Tatsrekaa will spawn alongside several Ravagers, who will charge at the player and attempt to overwhelm you. The Chieftain is equipped with a Scorn Mine Launcher, and can throw Ether Torch Totems to incinerate its enemies. They are protected by an immunity shield, which is generated by three crystals located throughout the arena. Destroying them will render the Tatsrekaa vulnerable to attack. After a short amount of time, Tatsrekaa can summon more crystals to regain their shield, and you will have to destroy them each time to continue damaging the Chieftain. However, they are only capable of doing this three times during the battle, and after third, they are completely vulnerable. Once the boss has been finished off, you will be granted the Lost Sector cache code, used to open the chest and claim your rewards.

Trivia[edit]

  • When Witch Queen first released, Dread Tatsrekaa had the usual yellow Scorn armor. However at some point they were updated to have the purple armor that most Throne World Scorn possess.
