Vex Wardens are a type of Vex unit who are seen deployed to prisons or testing grounds to eliminate riots or administer tests. There are Minotaur and Hydra variants of the Wardens.[1]

Gameplay[edit]

The Minotaur variant of the Vex Warden are two giant Ultra Minotaurs seen in the Release Adventure on Nessus. They are summoned to deal with The Guardian after they open all the cages and slay the prisoners.[2]

The Hydra variant of the Vex Warden are an Elite and a Major Hydra seen in the Lost Crew Adventure on Nessus. They serve as defensive constructs and field scientists to test Guardians and protect secrets. In particular, these hide the position of the lost crewmates of the Exodus Black.[3]
