Biographical information
Combat information

Kudazad, Binder of Savathûn was a Hive Wizard in service of Savathûn, the Witch Queen who was stationed on the moon Titan before being defeated by Guardians. Years after her death, following Titan being abducted by The Witness, her skull would be recovered by Kelgorath, Risen from Bones and used in a ritual to both offer his tributes to Xivu Arath and to bring the Wizard back to life, giving her the new title Bound to Xivu Arath. She would be used to disrupt Vanguard recovery operations in the deep ocean of Titan until they were slain by The Guardian.

Gameplay

Mayday, Mayday/Deep Dive

"KUDAZAD! BOUND BY WAR, CONQUERED FROM TRICKERY, I INVOKE YOUR DEBT."
Xivu Arath, God of War

As the final boss of the Mayday, Mayday mission and of Deep Dives, the resurrected Kudazad attracts Guardians into the Asphyxiator's Hollow, to which she has added four statues of Thralls. When the battle starts, Kudazad will be floating off in the distance, and will bombard players with powerful Darkness Blasts and blow them into the air with knockback runes, all while her plentiful reinforcements engage the players. After she reaches half health, Kudazad will protect herself with an immunity shield, and summon a Drowned Ogre at one of the statues, quickly followed by a second one at another statue, alongside more reinforcements. If these two are slain quickly, Kudazad will lose her shield, otherwise she will continue summoning more, until there is an Ogre at each statue. After all Ogres are slain, Kudazad will will continue to summon plenty of troops, but she will vulnerable and can be slain, completing the activity.
