Yatiks, Bound to Sedia is a powerful Taken Vandal subordinate of Sedia, the Corrupted, seen in the Temple of Illyn.

Gameplay[edit]

Yatiks appears in the Strike The Corrupted. They are seen guarding the area following the Ransacker Ogre encounter. They will try to stop the player with their Shrapnel Launcher and barrier, taking their attention away from its Ravenous Taken Acolyte backup. However, they can be bypassed to proceed further into the temple[1].

During Nightfalls, Yatiks is risen to the rank of Ultra from their normal Major status, though they do not gain more abilities.

They can also appear while Patrolling the Dreaming City, when the Taken and Scorn move against each other.[2]

Trivia[edit]

  • It is unknown if Yatiks' recent appearance in Patrol was intentional or a developer oversight.
