Serkuleks appeared as the final boss of the Enhance World Quest for the Experimental Treatment mission. In the European Dead Zone, Raksil, Archon Priest and Serkuleks, the Fount were responsible for distributing an enhanced variety of ether that strengthened the Fallen which was later put to a halt by the Guardians.
