Bracus Kravaum, Shadow Legion is a Cabal Centurion of the Shadow Legion that acts as the warden for the Orbital Prison Ship stationed in the Earth's Thermosphere. They guarded the many prisoners brough into the facility by the Legion. A Fireteam of Guardians infiltrated the prision and confronted Kravaum, who was slain in a fierce battle.[1]

Gameplay

Bracus Kravaum is the final boss of Defiant Battleground: Orbital Prison. The fireteam initially encounters the Centurion alongside several Cabal and Psion reinforcements, and the Bracus will stand on an elevated platform to bombard the team with its Cabal Bronto Cannon. They will also stomp the ground as soon as an enemy comes close, leaving behind a highly damaging field of Solar flame. Once they lose a third of their health, Kravaum will activate an immunity shield and fill the area with Dark Fetor, which will quickly start to damage the Guardians. Planting a Balefire will create a safe zone, and prompt the appearence of hordes of Taken. Players must seek the glowing Ravenous Taken Knights among the foes and purify their essences into balls that can be thrown at the Bracus to break their shield. Once the shield is broken, Kravaum will be damageable for another third of their health, after which they will move again and summon more reinforcements. The purification of essences must be repeated again, this time at a second Balefire, in order to bring down the Centurion' shield one final time. This will also disperse the Dark Fetor, and prompt the Bracus to summon more reinforcements. Draining the last third of Kravaum's health will complete the encounter and activity.
