Tractor Cannon fires Void blasts that knock targets back and stun them. This allows the wielder to either shove enemies into walls, causing extra damage, or off a ledge to kill them outright. Kills with this weapon will trigger its The Scientific Method perk, which will increase movement speed and weapon handling for a short time; the buff's duration is refreshed if the user nets another kill.
