Project ECHO

Project Echo was an initiative by the Clovis Bray corporation during the Golden Age to send a colony mission to the Andromeda Galaxy. As part of the project, Clovis Bray collaborated with the Ishtar Collective to create a Vex-derived artificial intelligence, Soteria, which could use its advanced simulation and future-prediction abilities to identify safe intergalactic routes for the colony fleet.^[1] The project also apparently included a contingency protocol which would partition the Warmind Rasputin into twelve segments and store them in "pillory" facilities, including Caelus Station around Uranus and Ares Spire on Mars, if the Warmind went rogue.^[2]
