Perdition is a Lost Sector in the Rathmore Chaos on Europa, accessible through a glacial cave in the Cadmus Ridge. This small, old laboratory is a part of the Bray Exoscience research facilities from the Golden Age. It is currently being occupied by Alkestis, Sacrificial Mind, and a large group of Vex.

Gameplay[edit]

Once the player has entered the first room, they will encounter a large group of Vex Harpies, and a Hydra Mini Boss. There are also more combatants at the rear of the room attacking at a range. If the player is does not eliminate the Hydra fast enough, it will retreat to the next room. Once all of the vex have been destroyed, a shield will deactivate, allowing the player to go up a flight of stairs to the next room. This next zone has more Vex guarding it, including two Wyverns and multiple Fanatics. Like the previous room, once all enemies have been dispatched, the final wall will lower, and Alkestis will spawn with a few units to support it. Alkestis is not too difficult to battle and will often be corned at the back wall. It will summon reinforcements after loosing small increments of health. Once destroyed, the chest will open, however any remaining waves that have not appeared will spawn and must be destroyed in order to take the quick exit out of the area.

Trivia[edit]

During the quest Born in Darkness Part 2, a side room can open up, and the player can meet with the Exo Stranger.
It is not mandatory to destroy the Hydra Mini boss in order to complete the Lost Sector.
There are many Exo bodies and golden Vex units through out the level. Some are in good condition and in sealed tubes, wile other are badly damaged and all over the floor.
In the boss room, roomba vacuum cleaners can be spotted still moving across the floor.
