Bunker E15 is a Lost Sector in the Rathmore Chaos on Europa, located within one of the buildings in the Eventide Ruins. The bunker has been without proper maintenance for years, and has been overtaken by the harsh icy weather conditions. Despite that, several BrayTech Security Frames can be found in the facility. They are being held captive by group of Vex, lead by an Inquisitor Hydra, which serves as the final boss of the activity.

Gameplay[edit]

Upon discovery of the Bunkers entrance, the player will find a small group of Fallen apart of House of Salvation. When they have been defeated, the entrance to the bunker will open. The player will be met with some resting Goblins and a containment cube with two Frames. The Frames must be rescued in order to proceed. This can easily be done be shooting the module on the upper corner of the cube. This room also offers a large window showing a larger combat space that has more captures Frames. The player will descend and rescue two more frames from the Vex, then enter a larger part of the Bunker. it is here were three more cages can be found, and players have the option to free an additional three frames to join the fight. A new wave of referments will spawn in the middle of the fight, bringing stronger units such and Minotaurs and a Cyclops. After the battle, the player can enter the boss room, a large rounded chamber featuring a small elevated bridge that the frames will stand on. The player will battle a small group of Goblins and a Wyvern. Once all units are slain, the rooms lighting becomes blood red with and an alarm goes off. As this happens, the Inquisitor Hydra spawns on the middle platform, along with additional enemies. The Hydra has a large amount of health, and can overpower the player if the are not carful. it will occasionally teleport around the room and spawn reinforcements to aid it until it has been destroyed. Once the boss and any remaining Vex are killed, the red lights go back to normal, the alarm stops, and the chest opens for the player. The player can then exit through the back door.

Trivia[edit]

  • The entrance to the Bunker E15 can be surprisingly difficult to locate, as it is somewhat hidden.
  • When playing the Born in Darkness Part 1 quest, the player can encounter Elsie Bray after defeating the boss.
  • A picture of Elsie and her sister, Ana Bray as children can be found on the table of the room exiting the area.
  • this is the only Lost Sector in Destiny 2 to feature Frames aiding in battle.
  • The exact number of frames featured in the Lost Sector is Seven, this may be a reference to the famous lucky number by Bungie, or just a coincidence.
  • It is possible for the frames to complete the level, and defeat the boss all by themselves, however this takes an extremely long time, and its best for the player to distract the enemies so they do not kill the frames.
    • The frames are not invincible and can be defeated, although most players would likely finish the level long before they come even close to death.
  • Most of the Vex will be in "Rest mode" instead of patrolling the space around them.
    • Sometimes the Frames will try to shoot the Vex while still being held poisoner, this will trigger the Vex to wake up.
  • When Europa is being affected by the Distortion, the Frames will be affected and glow red.
  • It is possible to glitch outside of the map in the first room where you fight the Fallen, by climbing up the wall that leads into the interior of the bunker.
