Lost Sectors are a PvE activity that will be introduced in Destiny 2. They consist of hidden dungeon areas, which contain enemies and a boss that guards a treasure. Lost Sectors can be identified by a symbol that appears near the entrance, but the difficulty of locating the entrance itself can vary. After entering the Lost Sector and killing its boss, the treasure chest is unlocked.

European Dead Zone

• Excavation Site XII - A Cabal dig site near Firebase Hades, guarded by Dust-Choked Thrag.
• Flooded Chasm - A cave with a Golden Age artifact contested by Fallen and Cabal, guarded by Phyzann, Drowned Captain.
• Hallowed Grove - A cavern in The Sludge corrupted by the Taken, guarded by Vendraxis, Shadow of Oryx.
• Scavenger's Den - A Fallen lair in a cave in the Outskirts, guarded by Graxus, Blind Captain.
• Shaft 13 - A branch of the Salt Mines, guarded by Calzar, Scarred Captain.
• Terminus East - A former Trostland train station now inhabited by Fallen.
• The Pit - A Red Legion vehicle maintenance bay in Firebase Hades, guarded by Kurg, the All-Seeing Force.
• The Weep - A waterlogged cavern, guarded by Rannix, Drenched Captain.

• Whispered Falls - A subterranean waterfall, guarded by Keldrik, Drained Captain.
• Widow's Walk - A ruined plaza overrun by Fallen, guarded by Mazan, Lost Captain.
