An Agonarch Rune is received as one kills Hive Majors on the Dreadnaught. It is useless unless the Taken that rotate daily around the Hull Breach and the Mausoleum are killed. It can be charged once per day. Once done it is replaced by a Charged Agonarch Rune, which can be inserted into a terminal in The Founts. When the time is used the player is faced with a boss fight with lots of enemies. When the boss is defeated a chest will spawn which can drop legendary engrams and runes of different tiers.
