The Dust Giants are an elite Cabal detachment stationed on Mars, comprised of highly trained veterans of the Sand Eaters.
Overview
Recruited from Sand Eaters, Dust Giants serve as a mobile shock and reserve force, reinforcing crumbling lines during major Vex offensives.[1] They can be identified by their dark green armor with orange trim. An officer of the Dust Giants, Valus Ta'aurc, led the Siege Dancers detachment from the Imperial Land Tank Cerberus Vae III up until his assassination by Guardians.[2]
Almost a year after the Red Legion entered the Solar System, a number of Legionary deserters wearing Dust Giants colours were hosted by the Spider's Crime Syndicate at the Spider's Palace.[3]
