Chord Harpies are a unique variant of the Harpy tasked with assisting in the flowing of Vex data so that it stays linear from unit to unit. One such Harpy can be found in Freehold Station from a Patrol Mission collected in the Scablands. They only appear to those under Level 40, for those above this threshold, it will be replaced by an Axis Harpy.
