The Harpy Slap Rifle is a Vex rapid-fire Solar weapon that is utilized exclusively by Harpies.
Overview[edit]
Common Harpies mount the Harpy Slap Rifle in pairs, and need to open their chassis to fire. Being a rapid fire weapon, if Harpies are plentiful enough, they can easily overwhelm a Guardian's shields. Larger, more powerful Harpies can do this all on their own, mounting several copies of the rifle, with which they unleash a hail of gunshots called a Smite attack.
Theosyion, the Restorative Mind and the Transcendent Hydra possess an Arc damage variant of this weapon.
