Joskaa, Lion Kell (formerly known as Joskaa, the Open-Minded and Joskaa, Burning Blade) is a Fallen Freelancer, who becomes the Kell of the House of Lions. He is the first Kell to ally with The Last City.
Biography
Life within the House of Wolves, Winter, Scar, and Kings
- "My life was a bit different, than any other Eliksni I met, My mother was a outside medic, thanks to the Whirlwind, my mother would take care of the injured one, and give out her services to any Houses."
During in the Aftermath, of the Whirlwind, Joskaa was born in the House of Wolves, as his mother was a freelance medic from the House of Scar, serving for any of the Houses who needed her help, meaning Joskaa would mostly going to other Houses. He would mostly be with either his mother, Fesshsa, his father, Julsis, or his sister: Seriviks. During his time there, Joskaa, would mostly playing around machinery, such as tinkering with Shank cores, or Servitors, which caught the attention of Virixas, Kell of Wolves, who suggested him to be an Archon, but Joskaa wanted to be a Freelancer, similar to mother and father. Fesshsa would put Joskaa in the services of Keldar, Archon Priest, until her work is done. Which helped Joskaa of his knowledge over machinery and tech. He would be there for a couple of years, before his mother would leave the Wolves to go to other Houses, which would be the House of Winter. During Joskaa's time there, he would live on Wintership Simiks-Fel, and would venture into the depths of the Ketch, while being supervised by one of Fesshsa's medical treatment Servitors. Along the way, he would face and befriend Grayria, the foster daughter of Draksis, the Kell of Winter. Later on, Joskaa's younger brother, Finsik, would be born. After living with Winter, Joskaa's family, would go to the House of Scar, to not only take care of ill, but also convince Fesshsa's family to leave the House, due to Winter going to war against Scar. during those years: Joskaa, would be older enough to join his father's crew and would progress to the ranks of a Dregs and Vandals. After their time over at Scar, Joskaa would move to the House of Kings, as they had to take care of the battered Kings, during their war with the House of Wolves. Joskaa, would then befriend some of their members. Joskaa family would then leave the Kings. Going to their fifth and last House to be taken care of.
Joining the Lions
When Fesshsa was contacted by Yorvik, the Kell of the legendary House of Lions, due to their war with the House of Gray, Joskaa would once again move, but this time into the asteroid belt of an unknown Star System. he would be able to have his own area, no longer living under the supervision of his parents, he would help his father, or his sister, (since she was a Captain now), or take care of his younger brother, who now finally carry a rank of the Fallen hierarchy. Joskaa would meet with some of the younger Lions, and would form his own crew, and then become a Freelancer. He would then be hired by one of Lions to kill a Gray commander. Confident Joskaa would lead his crew to take back the captured base and kill the commander. After their completed work, Joskaa would take multiple bounties and would lead his crew to success, as well as earning many rewards, such as: earning a themselves a hideout, a High Servitor, even stealing a massive Ketch, for themselves. Eventually, getting the attention of Yorvik, who asked Joskaa to kill a Gray noble, which Joskaa agreed, he led the team into Gray territory, fighting off enemies, and deactivating some of their security, eventually facing off the Gray noble, but despite their forces and weaponry, the team was able to defeat and kill the noble, earning the rewards from Yorvik. Joskaa then led his crew to more battles, while being paid by their employers. During in one of their adventures, Joskaa would encounter his old friend, Grayria, whose ship was broken and stranded. Joskaa would then help Grayria, only for it to back fired, as it was unknown what happen to Winter, as they had left their former location. She would then instead join Joskaa, in hopes of finding the House of Winter.
At some point, Joskaa would find a location where "machines of bronze and White and thick Ether, was powering them", meaning he had faced the Vex. He would then enter a Warp Gate, and would end up on Mars, and meet the Cabal and a Centurion, in which he would befriend, and attempted to help Joskaa go back to his home, and which succeeded, as Joskaa was able to go back home, and return to the Lions.

- Modified Shrapnel Launcher: Packs a highly explosive Shrapnel Launcher for combat, similar to the Perfected Vandal's Shrapnel Launcher, in which, both of the weapons also leaves burning pools of fire where the shots make impact.
- Dual Lion's Pride: Double Hand cannons that he uses if at low health.
- Abilites: He acts similar to Aksor, Archon Priest, except, he can summon Web Mines to slow down anyone. He can also summon a pair of Kell's Guards, in 30 seconds, if his pair of Kell's Guards dies. He does not attack the player.

Fighting me, in this form, is so unstable, you might need a therapist, or remove the Destiny game and buy a new game, or just figure out, how to push me off the platform, or leave me alone. In battle I use a normal Shrapnel Launcher, and throw pianos, which will immediately kill you, if you in it's way, and I'm immune to any attack damage. When getting close, I summon a Piano that will crush you in your direction, and if your still alive, I will then teleport you to the glitch door, that blocked you to Felwinter's Lie. Or will do a ultra slam, that will crash your game, like the Divinity glitch, and the Beaver glitch. When I get bored, I will do a yawn and clap my hands, that will either, kill all of you, or take you to orbit. Which will immediately take you to the Tower, where the Postmaster, will give a box of Twinkies, that has Eliksni writing, that says: "Sorry for your troubles, here". That will give a complete immunity to damage, in the Crucible, until your game crash. Unlock the hidden achievement: WTF?!?, as well as a Emblem, known as: WTF????.

Unlike the Kells and the Fallen, Joskaa has a humble, and kind manner as he is friendly to any species who either will side with the Eliksni or are his assocites, however he has a small dislike to The Guardian, since They and other species are the ones, who fights and pushes his kind to the brink of extinction. He also has similar manner of The Spider when it comes to Human artifacts, unlike The Spider, he collects human comic books, video games, and food off of Human territories. He is also seems to be in Human teen years in age, and he also treats his House of Lions kind and even prometing Dregs into Vandals (mostly at times) and gives a fair share of Ether to his whole House, showing to be Fair and Kind Kell. He voice also seems to sound similar Pirrha, the Rifleman.
In Forsaken, however, he has a dark tone, when Cayde-6's death, he tells the Guardian to burn the Scorn into the ground for vengence, and even wants Fikrul's head to be welded into a Ketch's prow atom by atom and left there as a figurehead to burn away. He also seems to have dark thoughts such as docking himself, or executing himself, in order to bring his House into submission to Dusk. But later decides to not to do it, and joins Mithrax in hopes to bring the Eliksni to the side of the Humanity.
Joskaa also seems to be protective over his House, as he believes, if they went into War with the Last City, the Lions will not survive, and believed if they sided with the Last City, the Lions would not be destroyed.
Trivia
- It is noted that Joskaa broke the fourth wall a couple of times in his dialog.
- Before Joskaa became the Kell of Lions, it was said he was a Freelancer, that was working with the Lions during the Gray Wars.
- Just like Primus Sha'aull, Val Aru'un, and Valus Trau'ug, his grimoire is possibly a developer oversight, as in-game, He is red and yellow, similar to Taniks, the Scarred, and has a unknown Fallen symbol (the one on Wintership Simiks-Fel, before the Throne room, behind the Pilot Servitor) on his helmet.
- It is mention in a couple of Lore tabs, that Joskaa, is currently looking for Kaliks Prime, the Prime Servitor of the House of Wolves, to either restore the Eliksni civilization, or to keep it safe from being destroyed.
