The Almighty is a massive Cabal superweapon that was deployed outside of the Sun by Dominus Ghaul, in case his plan to take the Light failed, he would destabilize the magnetic field of the Sun and destroy the Solar System.
Overview
The Almighty is a massive weapon rivaling the size of the Dreadnaught. It orbits outside of the Sun and houses a Cabal base on its surface.[1] When it fires at a star, it begins to destabilize its magnetic field until the magnetic field is lost. Then as a result of the loss of the field, the star collapses into a supernova and destroys the solar system of which the star was part of, while the Almighty teleports to a new location. It is said to be Ghaul's life work.
