Siviks, Lost to None is the leader of the The Kell's Scourge Syndicate
History
At some point before Black Armory, Siviks fell out with his brother, The Spider, and formed the organization separately. Through unknown means, Siviks and his crew stole technology from the Black Armory and took to their hideout in the Last City.
