Imperial Technicians are a variant of Cabal Incendiors belonging to the Imperial Cabal that appear in The Arrival Mission. They are deployed to the newly-returned planet of Mars to help with the assembly of a giant anti-air battery for countering the Lure: the flagship of Savathûn, the Witch Queen.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
Two Imperial Technicians are encountered within the generator room of the Cabal's anti-air cannon. The first will arrive escorted by a platoon of Legionaries, Phalanxes and Psions. Both of the Incendiors will drop Fusion Cells upon being killed. Two of these items must be inserted into the cannon's generators in order to ready it for firing. Once the first cell has been placed, another group of Cabal troops will arrive, with the second Technician among them.
When playing the mission on Legendary difficulty, both Technicians will appear as Elite-tier enemies with Void Absorption Shields, granting them extra resistance against weapons and abilities that do not match said element.
