Phased Captains, Kell's Scourge were special, Major-tier Fallen Captains that were enhanced with Radiant Batteries stolen from the Black Armory, distinguished by azure/cyan glow affect. They were deployed by the Kell's Scourge crime syndicate in their raids on the Armory's Lost Forges.[1][2]
Gameplay
Phased Captains are encountered at the Gofannon and Bergusia Forges during the Forge Ignition activities there. Eliminating these enemies is of high importance, as they will drop Radiant Batteries upon death. Said batteries are needed to ignite the forge, and a total of twenty must be thrown to fully charge it up and progress to the next round.
