Esteemed Colossi are a common Major variant of Cabal Colossus. They are highly resilient and aggressive, firing their weapons is longer volleys and often unleashing their Cluster Missiles, and are often equipped with Arc Absorption Shields. When in Red Legion garb, they are distinguished by their gold armor with red accents. They are encountered in the Missions The Arrival and The Communion, specifically when playing them on Legendary difficulty; in the latter of which, they belong to a group of Cabal Deserters, led by Valus Dralgur, the Exiled, who attempt to raid the Pyramid on Europa for Artifacts of the Darkness. They make a reappearence within the Shadow Legion, found across many of the missions of the Lightfall Campaign and other high level activities. They sport chalk-white armor with even more golden decorations.
