Unstable War Beasts are a more powerful Elite variant of the Cabal War Beast.

Overview

Unstable War Beasts differ from their standard Red Legion counterpart by their heavier, silver-colored armor and higher durability. Like standard War Beasts, they are feral, vicious attack animals deployed as either shock troops, a distraction, or as cannon fodder to protect their other forces. They are quick, highly aggressive, and very tenacious, stopping at nothing until either they or their enemies are dead. Unlike Honored War Beasts, Unstable War Beasts drop volatile fuel cells upon Death.

Gameplay

Honored War Beasts have no ranged attack abilities, but compensate for this with their incredible agility and unyielding ferocity. Once they get in close to their enemies, they will relentlessly strike at them with their claws, teeth, and blades affixed to their backs. They are summoned into the arena via Ripper Pods if a fuel cell is failed to be utilized from an Unstable Incendior.
