Psion Codewardens are a Major unit of Cabal Psions of the Conclave, under the command of Qabix, Insurgent. They are distinguished by their golden armor and immunity shields, and are equipped with Slug Shotguns. They are encountered in the Vox Obscura Exotic Quest Mission.

Gameplay

Midway through the Vox Obscura mission, the player will have to open a giant door to get to the final area, where the boss is located. To do this, you must kill the three Psion Codewardens located throughout the base to obtain the codes necessary to activate the controls and open the door. Each Codewarden is protected by Legionaries, as well as Centurions, Phalanxes, and Incendiors in the left, center, and right rooms respectively. They also possess immunity shields, generated by Psion Commanders, who must be killed to disable them. After killing a Codewarden, you will be granted the codes to toggle the controls for the door. Do this three times, and you may proceed to the final boss.
