Phased Heavy Shanks, Kell's Scourge were special, Major-tier Fallen Heavy Shanks that were enhanced with Radiant Batteries stolen from the Black Armory, distinguished by azure/cyan glow affect. They belonged to the Kell's Scourge crime syndicate, who made use of them in their bid to claim the Armory's Lost Forges.

Gameplay

Phased Heavy Shanks are found at the Gofannon Forge when playing the Forge Ignition activity there. When destroyed, they will drop a Radiant Battery, making killing them a critical objective for players. Said batteries are needed to ignite the forge, and a total of twenty must be thrown to fully charge it up and progress to the next round.
