OXA Machine

The OXA Machine is a device created by the Psions that is capable of clairvoyance. It was destroyed by the Cabal Empire when the Psions were conquered and enslaved. Centuries later, it was rebuilt by Freeborn Otzot.[1]
History
At some point in the distant past, the Cabal Empire conquered the Psion race, destroying the OXA Machine as they did so. Centuries later, a brilliant Psion scientist known as Freeborn Otzot recreated the machine on a moon called Brand. Although Umun'arath dispatched the a Cabal force to bomb Brand in order to destroy the device once again, Dominus Calus ordered her to stand down. Rather than punish Otzot, Calus rewarded her, and the OXA Machine was integrated for the Empire's use. At some point, Calus witnessed the rise of Oryx, the Taken King through the machine.[1]
