The Spider's Crime Syndicate are a pseudo-House of the Fallen that reside within the Tangled Shore. They are a group of City-allied mobsters led by The Spider, who are working in tandem with the Guardians to fight back against the Scorn within the Reef.
History
Origins
At some point, the mob lost the majority of their leaders, leaving only the Spider to rule over the mob in their wake. They controlled the Tangled Shore up until the Scorn began to invade it.
Rise of the Scorn
Forced into hiding by the Scorn after their escape from the Prison of Elders and left with little options, The Spider and his mob were forced to work alongside the Guardians to clear out the Scorn and their Barons from the Reef,
Structure
The Crime Syndicate is a pseudo-House that lacks any structure of the normal Fallen Houses, only being led by a sole Kell. The only ground forces observed from the House are Wretches - all of whom are provided to the Guardians as aid for the Spider's cause.

- They are the second House to be allied with Guardians, the first being the House of Judgment, but they are the first fully-intact House to work alongside the Guardians.
