The OXA Machine is a clairvoyant artificial intelligence created by the Psions, but was destroyed by the Cabal Empire upon their enslavement. Centures after this, it was rebuilt by Freeborn Otzot at some point afterward. It has the ability to form prophecies.

History

At some point in the distant past, the Cabal Empire conquered the Psion race, moving to destroy the OXA Machine as they did so. Centuries later, a brilliant Psion scientist known as Freeborn Otzot recreated the machine, integrating it for the Empire's usage.
