The Technocrat's Assistants are Stasis-wielding Fallen Captains that belong to the House of Salvation. They are tasked by Praksis, the Technocrat, to go out in the field and study on certain things/areas, presumably the Cruxes of Darkness or Vex-related objectives. These captains have less armor of their peers, likely due to their role as field researchers as opposed to outright combatants, and are almost entirely snow-white in appearance.
