Brood Enforcers are unique Hive Knights found in the Plaguelands. Brood Enforcers are Major Knights seen accompanying Brood Mothers , and are accompanied by Major Hive Acolytes. Some can be seen when patrolling the Plaguelands, and have a chance to drop either a Splicer Key or a Splicer Intel Relay when killed.
