Wretches, Kell's Scourge were Fallen Wretches that worked for the Kell's Scourge crime syndicate. They were deployed in the Niobe Labs by their leader, Siviks, Lost to None, to prevent the Guardian from unlocking the path to the Bergusia Forge.[1]
