The story centers on a newly-formed [[Fallen]] terrorist organization, the [[Kell's Scourge]], who have stolen from the [[Black Armory]] and are using its technology to terrorize [[Earth]] and establish a foothold of power in [[The Last City]].
Season of the Forge is the first seasonal content in the ''[[Forsaken]]'' Annual Pass and the first known season of the ''Destiny'' franchise. It includes a new seasonal activity, raid, and many new weapons and armor to pursue. The story centers on the introduction of the [[Black Armory]], an ancient weapon foundry that dates back to the late [[Golden Age]]  and operated under its vendor [[Ada-1]]. After their [[Volundr Forge|forge]] was displaced during the [[Red War]], [[The Spider]] sends in the [[Guardians]] to help Ada in reclaiming it and restocking her wares. Doing so leads to the trail for more hidden secrets of the Black Armory and the existence of the [[Kell's Scourge]], a rival [[Fallen]] syndicate lead by The Spider's brother [[Siviks, Lost to None]] and using its technology to terrorize the system. Season of the Forge (also known as Black Armory) is the fifth season of Destiny 2 and the first part of the Forsaken Annual Pass, starting on December 4th 2018 and ended March 5th, 2019.

This season The Spider introduces Guardians to the reclusive Ada-1 and the Black Armory as they must work to stop his brother from exploiting its technology, recover its Lost Forges, and uncover the ancient history of the weapon foundry itself.

OverviewEdit

Season of the Forge is the first seasonal content in the Forsaken Annual Pass and the first known season of the Destiny franchise. It includes a new seasonal activity, raid, and many new weapons and armor to pursue. The story centers on the introduction of the Black Armory, an ancient weapon foundry that dates back to the late Golden Age and operated under its vendor Ada-1. After their forge was displaced during the Red War, The Spider sends in the Guardians to help Ada in reclaiming it and restocking her wares. Doing so leads to the trail for more hidden secrets of the Black Armory and the existence of the Kell's Scourge, a rival Fallen syndicate lead by The Spider's brother Siviks, Lost to None and using its technology to terrorize the system. Now armed with the Armory's weapons and gear, Guardians fight to reclaim its lost legacy from the enemies of humanity.
