Dusk Walker Mechanics are units of Fallen—consisting of Minor and Elite Vandals—tasked with maintaining the Dusk Walker. They appear in the Divide area of the Cosmodrome during the Risk/Reward Exotic Quest Mission, which requires you to kill them in order to lure out Dusk Captains throughout the vicinity.[1]
