Savat is a Psion scribe in service to Emperor Calus. They were amongst the Psions who helped write the Chronicon, a chronicle of the supposed future predicted by Calus. During the writing of a section on the future of Eris Morn, Savat took issue with Scribe Shagac's criticism of Underscribe Shipal's work.
