Machine Worlds are massive Vex planets that have been fully converted into wholly-functional machines within the Vex Nexus
Overview
To create Machine Worlds, the Vex begin massive construction on a planet, quickly encompassing its properties into their network in order to transmogrify the planet into a machine.
