Malignant Cyclopses are a common Major variant of the Vex Cyclops. Malignant Cyclopes of the Sol Collective have a predominantly white chassis, while in the Sol Divisive they are covered in thicker overgrowth. Over time, existing Major Cyclopses, such as the ones in the beginning of the Vault of Glass, have been renamed into Malignant Cyclops. They have no special gameplay mechanics over regular Cyclopses, but it is advised to use heavy firepower to bring them down.
