A Goblin.

Goblins are the lowest rank structure of the Vex. They attack in swarms.[1] Goblins emit unusual, bird-like squawks upon finding a player, taking damage, and dying. As with all members of the Vex, Goblins share a single mind. This allows them to coordinate their swarming assaults on players, as well as predict enemy decision-making.
