Glass Needles are a material that can be purchased from Xûr, Agent of the Nine. They are sold in packs of three for the price of 3 Strange Coins, 3 Motes of Light, and 1 Exotic Shard. Glass Needles are used in conjunction with the "Twist Fate" node found on Year Two Exotic armor, which randomly alters the armor's perks.
