- "The Silent Fang? Yes. Yes, I remember them. The Fang made a number of attacks against the City during the days of the Reef Wars. They’d take to terror tactics, slipping invisibly through with cargo and going on a rampage in a crowded residential area."
- — Zavala
The Silent Fang is an elite group of assassins led by Drevis, Wolf Baroness. They belong to the House of Wolves and have been instrumental to Skolas's operations during the Reef Wars. The Silent Fang attacked the Awoken settlement of Amethyst as part of a ploy to get the Awoken to eliminate Skolas' rival, Parixas, the Howling.[1][2] Even after Drevis' capture, they continued to harass the Awoken.[3] The Fang also aided in the Wolf Rebellion, attempting to kill the leaders of the House of Devils, before being intercepted by Guardians.[4]
Silent Fang all have stealth technology. They are also the only stealth Captains encountered in the game. The Silent Fang will sometimes appear in Wolf Packs. A few can also be found in the Grottos.[5]
Later a few Silent Fang can be seen working with the House of Dusk in the EDZ, which are later assassinated by The Guardian operating on orders from The Spider.
