Knowledge Bearers are a group of Scorn Abominations that are encountered in the Vow of the Disciple Raid and the Preservation Mission, guarding the road to the Sunken Pyramid.[1][2]
Gameplay
Knowledge Bearers can be found throughout the Disciple's Bog in Savathûn's Throne World. They will spawn alongside multiple other Scorn enemies, as soon as you first reach the hovering Pyramid device. Killing the Abomination will cause nine "Knowledge" splinters to spawn in the surrounding area, which you must pick up and deliver to the device. Note that you can only carry up to three of them at any given time - the amount you are carrying is indicated by a buff on the left of your screen, with "Heightened" indicating that you are carrying one, "Brimming" indicating two, and "Overflowing" indicating the max capacity of three.
