The Final Threat is the twenty ninth story mission of the Wrath of the Hive campaign. Guardians are sent to retake a cabal outpost so they can put pressure on a Scorn stronghold and prepare to assault it.

- Land and secure the Abandoned Cabal Outpost
- Defeat the Scorn and Dread?
- Hack the Terminal
- Defend Hacker
- Hack Progress: X%
- Reactivate Outpost Defenses
- X of 3 Defenses Reactivated
- Scorn Counterattack incoming!
- Advance and Clear Out Scorn
- Areas Cleared
- X of 4
- Destroy Scorn Vehicles
- Scorn Vehicles destroyed
- X of 2 Walkers
- X of 4 Jumpers
- Eliminate Scorn Saboteurs
- Grenadiers Defeated: X of 2
- Scourge Reaver Destroyed: x of 1
- Eliminate any stragglers and secure the outpost

- Hero Modifiers
- Extra Shields- More enemies have shields.
- Combatant Tier 1- More advanced and challenging combatants will appear.
- The usual assortment of enemies, with a few extras
- Shielded Foes: Arc, Solar, Void- You will face Combatants with Arc, Solar, and Void Shields.
- Scourge 1- Combatants with Banes are encountered frequently.
- Atleast 6 Bane comabtants on the field
