The Aeon Maul is a type of Vex all-range heavy weaponry employed exclusively by Hydras. It functions like rapid-fire dual Torch Hammers and deals Void damage. Guardians must get out of the way very quickly or the splash damage will make short work of them. Even if their target is behind cover, Hydras will still fire them anyway to either flush them out or suppress their targets.
