Armor Materials is a crafting material used to upgrade Guardian armor introduced in The Taken King.
Gameplay[edit]
Armor Materials can be used upgrade all armor for each of the three Guardian classes (Hunter, Titan, Warlock) and replaces Hadronic Essence, Plasteel Plating, and Sapphire Wire, which were tied to a specific class. Players with any quantities of the latter three materials can exchange them at the Tower for an equal quantity of Armor Materials. They are otherwise obtained by dismantling Armor, or being purchased from the Gunsmith.
