Emperor Ganag Zor, commonly known as Emperor Zor and Zor, is a Cabal aristocrat of the Cabal Praetorate. He was responsible for a majority of the events preceding Calus' rule as Emperor, even being the one responsible for the Leviathan's creation, the exile of the Empress before Calus and the rise of the greater Golden Legion. Throughout the years, Zor was given a reputation of bringing order from chaos and was feared by his own species.

During the later inaugurations of Calus and Ghaul, Zor and his Legion were would begin to lose power, however, it would not destabilize his pride and hope for glory. From the shadows, Zor continued to raise his Legion from the ashes of Calus' and Ghaul's failed rules of Emperor and Dominus, eventually raising an army far greater than the likes of the Red Legion and the later Shadow Legion in hopes to make his claim for the imperial crown.
