Wyr, the Taken is a Taken Wizard encountered in the Story mission Sacrilege. She's one of the three Wizards, the others being Norr, the Taken and Erruk, the Taken, to attempt to siphon the Traveler's energy on Io along with Irausk, Herald of Savathûn.
